Last updated: 2 October 2026
Information processed at present
While Filbri prepares checked UK offers and partner feeds, the website does not provide public accounts, newsletters or personalised advertising. Filbri does not currently create customer profiles.
When you visit the website, limited technical information may be processed automatically by our website hosting and security providers. This may include your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, date and time, and security or error logs. This information is processed where necessary for our legitimate interests in delivering, protecting, diagnosing and maintaining the website.
Information you send to us
When you contact Filbri through the secure form with an enquiry, complaint, safety report or data-protection request, we may process your name, email address, the contents of your message, any information or attachments you provide and our correspondence with you.
We use this information to respond to you, investigate and resolve concerns, protect the website and its users, maintain appropriate records and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on Filbri’s legitimate interests in communicating with users, handling complaints and protecting its service, or on compliance with a legal obligation. We will not use enquiry, complaint or safety-report information for marketing.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. If sensitive personal information is genuinely necessary, we will process it only where permitted by data-protection law.
Filbri does not use marketing or visitor-profiling analytics at present. Our hosting provider runs essential request and error monitoring to keep the site available, detect faults and protect it from abuse; this is technical and security processing, sets no cookies and is not used for advertising or marketing. Optional technologies remain disabled unless they are accurately described in this notice and, where required, you have given consent through the cookie preferences panel.
How long information is kept
Technical and security information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website, meet legal obligations and resolve incidents. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.
Routine enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after they are resolved. Complaints, safety reports, data-protection requests and related correspondence may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary to demonstrate how the matter was handled, comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Information will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
Who processes information
Filbri may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, security, domain services, business email, cloud communications and technical support. They may process limited information on Filbri’s instructions and must protect it appropriately.
International transfers
If a service provider processes personal information outside the United Kingdom, Filbri will use an appropriate UK data-transfer safeguard where required.
Partner websites
Approved partner cards may contain outbound Awin affiliate links. Following one takes you through the affiliate network to the partner’s website. The network and partner process information under their own privacy notices after you leave Filbri.
Filbri does not currently load analytics, visitor profiling, advertising pixels or non-essential affiliate-attribution technology on its own pages. Any non-essential attribution technology controlled by Filbri will remain disabled until any consent required by law has been obtained through the privacy choices panel.
After you follow an outbound link, the affiliate network and partner’s own privacy and cookie notices apply to their websites.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may contact Filbri first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
