Safety and Moderation

Our approach to keeping Filbri clear, honest and safe to use.

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Our standards

  • Advertising, affiliate content and sponsored placements must be clearly labelled.
  • Sponsored advertisements must remain visibly separate from non-sponsored content.
  • We avoid unsupported claims such as "the cheapest", "guaranteed savings" or "whole-of-market comparison".
  • Regulated, unlawful and age-restricted product categories are not available during Filbri's first launch.
  • We aim to correct or remove content that is materially misleading, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these standards.

Reporting something

Report misleading, offensive, unsafe or potentially unlawful content through the secure Report incorrect information form.

Please include the relevant page or link, a short description of the concern, when you noticed it and any helpful screenshot. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

What happens after a report

We will assess reports according to their seriousness and the available evidence. Where appropriate, we may correct or remove content, disable a link, contact the relevant provider, preserve necessary evidence or report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authority.

We aim to acknowledge a safety report within five working days. Urgent risks may be reviewed sooner, but this inbox is not monitored continuously and does not provide an emergency-response service.

Immediate danger and suspected crime

If someone is in immediate danger in the United Kingdom, call 999. For a non-emergency police matter, call 101 or use the appropriate official police reporting service.

Filbri does not host user-generated content. Approved affiliate referral cards are being introduced in selected categories; each remains subject to Filbri’s launch approval, advertiser terms and the standards above.
